SEVENTEEN: ITS A QUICK FIX
In most cases you can have your office complete and delivered within six weeks from ordering. Of course this time frame depends on our schedule at the time of ordering but in most cases we can have you settled into your new garden office within six weeks.
EIGHTEEN: NO PERMITS REQUIRED
As long as you stay under 10sqm in floor space and under 3mtrs in height your office will be exempt from permits. This can vary from council to council but the majority of the time, this kind of space does not require any type of council permission. In NSW you are able to have a space that is up to 20sqm in most cases.
If the thought of council submissions and documentation has been holding you back then this is great news for you!

Well- comfort anytime of the day really!
Renting a space means trying to find a room or office that has everything you need to be comfortable and for the space to be usable.
